Welcome to DoorLink. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DoorLink platform, websites, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a condominium association, property management company, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

1. Service Overview

Our platform enables residents, visitors, and property managers to access and monitor entrances via web-based tools, QR codes, and cell phone integration without requiring new hardware or apps.

2. Eligibility

  • Tenants or residents accessing via DoorLink are authorized only through their building’s account.
  • By using the Service, you confirm that all registration information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

  • Property Manager Accounts: You are responsible for managing access rights, tenant information, and building configuration.
  • Resident Access: Tenant and resident access is managed through QR codes, phone numbers, or other credentials set by the property manager.
  • Security of Credentials: You must keep your login credentials secure and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • The Service is provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually as agreed.
  • No upfront costs: DoorLink requires no hardware purchase or installation fees unless optional add-ons are requested.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Service.

7. Data & Privacy

  • All access logs, tenant activity, and video evidence are recorded and stored securely.
  • Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy available at mydoorlink.com/privacy-policy.
  • Property managers are responsible for ensuring residents are informed of how access data is collected and used.

8. Video & Evidence Storage

  • Video footage and event logs may be retained up to 10 years, depending on your plan.
  • It is the responsibility of the property manager to configure retention policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Subscription fees are unpaid.
